Our tie rod and drag link bars are made from 1.5" diameter 7075 aluminum which acts as a "memory metal" - meaning even after it has been bent, it will spring back into it's original linear shape, keeping you moving down the street or trail! We're so confident in the strength of our steering, we offer a limited LIFETIME warranty on the bars!!!! We also machined wrench flats into each end of the bar, so that you can easily get a wrench on it for adjustment.
The joints we use are the latest high quality greasable 1-ton strength tie rod ends that feature an offset that helps to clear your suspension and other components as your steering cycles. We use opposing left and right hand threads so that you can make front toe adjustments without having to remove the tie rod from the knuckles. The same goes for the drag link, so that you can re-center your steering wheel.

Adjustable Nexus EF Steering Stabilizers or Fox ATS Stabilizer with this understeer kit, as interference with the drag link may occur since this style of stabilizer is mounted on top of the tie rod. Instead, mount your stabilizer in the factory/OEM location and rotate our 1.5" clamp towards the axle until the stabilizer and drag link clear one another.

*We offer both the tie rod and drag link separately if you already have one or the other, so just give us a call for a quote on what parts you need!
*We stock and sell replacement tie rod ends that will fit almost ANY aluminum 1-ton steering, even if it is not our kit, just in case you need replacement parts.
*This is the NO DRILL kit which means your passenger side drag link stays mounted under the knuckle, just as your OEM drag link is mounted. This is recommended only when you are running between 0-3" of suspension lift. If you have 3" or more of suspension lift, we recommend our OVER THE KNUCKLE/HI-STEER kit which is available HERE.
*You will NOT need to drill out the upper passenger side knuckle to 7/8" or use a tapered sleeve insert, since the drag link will be mounted under the knuckle.
*A raised track bar bracket is NOT required or recommended in order to use this drag link.
*This kit requires aftermarket wheel backspacing of 4.5" or less. If you are running OEM wheels, then 1.5" wheel spacers are available through us and will be required.
*We recommend keeping the axle side of your steering stabilizer mounted in the original/OEM mounting location. Then rotate the stabilizer tie rod clamp towards the axle, so that there is no interference between the stabilizer and drag link as you turn the steering wheel side to side. Some trial and error on the best final location may be required since each stabilizer is different.
*Aluminum tie rod and drag link come raw as standard and may have slight imperfections in the finish which is not a warranty-able claim, custom paint/powdercoat is available for an additional charge.

Due to the endless possibilities of aftermarket parts & accessories, there are no refunds for issues arising from compatibility with other aftermarket parts such as but not limited to hydraulic assist steering, differential covers, track bars, track bar brackets, dual steering stabilizers, axle skid plates, hi-steer knuckles, wheels or tires. While we may provide fitment advice based on our installation experience, it is YOUR responsibility to determine fitment compatibility locally since we cannot physically see your Jeep and because photos do not always provide all the answers.
